Snowboard size chart

The chart below gives board lengths by height for a rider of typical weight, for park, all-mountain and freeride boards. If you are lighter or heavier than average, use SnowboardSizeCalc above: every 5 kg (11 lb) away from the typical weight moves the length by about 1 cm.

Board length and width

Saved you some time? Leave a tip, entirely optional.

Charts from different brands vary by a few centimetres, so treat these as the middle of your range.

How the snowboard size calculator works

SnowboardSizeCalc converts your height to centimetres and multiplies it by 0.88 (0.83 for riders under 150 cm), which puts the nose of the board between your chin and nose. It then adds the riding-style adjustment (park −3 cm, all-mountain 0, freeride +4 cm) and the ability adjustment (beginner −2 cm, advanced +2 cm). Finally it compares your weight with a typical weight for your height and moves the length 1 cm for every full 5 kg of difference, up to 6 cm. The range shown is ±2 cm.
